Floor cleaning machine price in Pakistan in 2026 starts at about PKR 25,000 for an industrial wet and dry vacuum, runs PKR 450,000 to 1,200,000 for a battery walk behind scrubber dryer, and reaches PKR 1,500,000 and above for a ride on sweeper or scrubber. The right machine depends less on brand than on square metres per hour.
Facility managers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore usually ask us the same question: which machine for which floor, and how big. Buy too small and the night shift never finishes. Buy too big and the machine will not fit between the racks. This guide gives the prices by class, a simple sizing rule, and what we see fail on our bench.
How much does a floor cleaning machine cost in Pakistan?

These are indicative market ranges for new commercial machines in October 2026. Confirm today's price on WhatsApp, rates move with the exchange rate.

Online listings start at PKR 1,399, but those are handheld spin brushes and home robots. They are not floor cleaning machines in the sense a plaza, factory or hospital means it, and they will not survive a week of commercial use.
Which floor cleaning machine is best?
The best floor cleaning machine is the one that matches the dirt. There are four kinds, and most sites need two of them.
Scrubber dryer for hard floors that need washing: marble plaza corridors, hospital wards, factory epoxy, supermarket vinyl. It lays down solution, scrubs with a brush or pad, and a rear squeegee vacuums the dirty water back in the same pass. The floor is walkable within about two minutes instead of being roped off for half an hour.
Sweeper for dry debris: dust, sand, wrappers, leaves. Car parks, warehouse aisles, factory yards and covered parking. A sweeper with side brushes pulls dirt out of corners and along walls into a hopper.
Industrial wet and dry vacuum for spot work: post construction clean down, water pick up after a leak or a monsoon flood in a basement, corners a machine cannot reach.
Single disc machine for polishing marble, buffing, and scrubbing small areas before a separate mop and wet vacuum. It is cheap but slow, and it leaves the floor wet.
In dusty cities, sweep before you scrub. A scrubber pushed over a sandy Rawalpindi warehouse floor turns the sand into a grinding paste and fills the recovery tank with mud in ten minutes.
How to size a floor cleaning machine: square metres per hour
Size the machine by the area you must clean and the time you have to clean it. The brochure gives theoretical output: cleaning path width multiplied by walking speed. Real output, after turns, emptying, refilling and moving furniture, is about half of that.
The rule we use:
- Measure the floor area in square metres.
- Decide the cleaning window, for example two hours after the plaza closes.
- Divide area by hours. That is the practical output you need.
- Double it. That is the brochure figure to look for.
A 3,000 m² plaza cleaned in two hours needs 1,500 m² an hour in practice and about 3,000 m² an hour on paper. That is a 900 mm class sweeper, rated up to 3,860 m² an hour, or a large walk behind scrubber, not a 430 mm machine.
Then check the tank. A scrubber uses roughly one litre of solution for every 15 to 25 m² on a normal clean. A 40 litre solution tank covers 600 to 1,000 m² before a refill, and each refill costs 10 to 15 minutes of walking to a tap and emptying the recovery tank. If the refill trips eat the cleaning window, the tank is too small even if the path width is right.
Which brand is best for floor cleaning in Pakistan?
The best brand is the one whose brushes, pads, squeegee blades and batteries you can buy in Pakistan next month. European names such as Karcher, Nilfisk and Hako are excellent and priced accordingly. Good Chinese makers such as Ronlon have improved enormously and now supply many Pakistani facility management contractors at a much lower price.
A scrubber with no squeegee blade available locally is a PKR 800,000 machine that leaves streaks. Before buying any brand, ask the seller for the price of a squeegee blade set, a brush, a pad driver and a battery, and ask whether they hold them in stock.
What is the best home floor cleaning machine?
For a home, a robot vacuum or a good wet and dry vacuum is the best floor cleaning machine. Robots cost PKR 20,000 to 120,000 and handle daily dust on tile and marble. A commercial scrubber dryer only starts to make sense above about 300 m² of hard floor, which in Pakistan means a large villa, a school or a small clinic.
Batteries, heat and dust: what breaks in Pakistan
The battery is the most expensive consumable on any scrubber or sweeper. Deep cycle lead acid batteries last 1.5 to 3 years in Pakistani summers, less if they are left half charged or charged in a hot store room. Charge after every use, top up flooded batteries with distilled water weekly, and keep the charger where the generator or UPS will carry it through load-shedding.
The failure we see most on the bench in Rawalpindi is a burnt vacuum motor. The operator fills the solution tank again without emptying the recovery tank, or the float filter clogs with sand, and dirty water is sucked straight into the motor. Empty the recovery tank every time you refill, and rinse the float filter at the end of each shift.
Squeegee blades are the second. When the floor dries with streaks, rotate the blade to a fresh edge before blaming the machine. Hard water also leaves white marks on dark marble; a little descaler in the solution tank fixes it.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
What is the price of a floor cleaning machine in Pakistan?
In 2026 an industrial wet and dry vacuum costs about PKR 25,000 to 150,000, a single disc polisher PKR 90,000 to 200,000, a battery walk behind scrubber dryer PKR 450,000 to 1,200,000 and a ride on sweeper or scrubber PKR 1,500,000 and above. These are indicative market ranges and move with the exchange rate.
What is the difference between a scrubber dryer and a floor sweeper?
A sweeper collects dry debris, dust and litter into a hopper and suits car parks, yards and warehouse aisles. A scrubber dryer lays down water and detergent, scrubs with a brush or pad and vacuums the dirty water back up in one pass, so the floor is dry within about 2 minutes. Many sites need both.
How do I choose the right size of floor cleaning machine?
Divide your floor area by the machine's practical output, which is about half the brochure figure. A 3,000 square metre plaza cleaned in a two hour night window needs 1,500 square metres an hour in practice, which means a 900 mm class sweeper or a large walk behind scrubber, not a 430 mm unit.
Battery or mains powered scrubber?
Battery for anything over about 500 square metres or with people around. A cable limits you to roughly 15 to 20 metres from a socket and is a trip hazard in a hospital or mall. Mains machines are cheaper by around 30 percent and suit small shops, kitchens and washrooms.
How long do scrubber dryer batteries last in Pakistan?
Deep cycle lead acid batteries typically last 1.5 to 3 years in Pakistani heat, depending on how they are charged. Never leave them half charged, top up distilled water weekly on flooded types, and charge in the coolest part of the building. Lithium packs cost more but last 3 to 5 years.
Can I use a floor cleaning machine at home?
A commercial scrubber is wasted on a home under about 300 square metres. For a house, a good wet and dry vacuum and a mop, or a robot vacuum costing PKR 20,000 to 120,000, is the sensible spend. Commercial machines start making sense for large villas with marble halls.
