Borehole Water Level Meter
A dip meter is the least glamorous instrument on a hydrogeology job and the one every pump test depends on. This one carries a fourteen millimetre probe on a marked cable, reads to a tenth of a millimetre and runs on a single nine volt battery, so rest levels, drawdown and recovery are logged without a power supply on site.
