Paint spray machine price in Pakistan in 2026 runs from about PKR 5,500 for a handheld 450 W electric HVLP gun to PKR 150,000 to 450,000 for a contractor airless sprayer. A basic air spray gun is PKR 1,500 to 5,500 plus a compressor, and a trolley wall putty sprayer starts around PKR 150,000.
The search results for this question are full of 450 W handheld guns, and for a door or a gate that is the right machine. For walls, ceilings and elevations it is not, and most of the disappointed buyers we meet bought a handheld gun to do an airless sprayer's job. This guide sets out the classes, the prices and which one fits which job.

Paint spray gun price in Pakistan: air, HVLP and electric
A paint spray gun costs from PKR 1,500 for a basic gravity air gun to PKR 60,000 for a professional HVLP air gun, with handheld electric guns in between at PKR 5,500 to 14,000. The three types work differently and the price difference reflects it.
Air spray guns atomise paint with compressed air from a separate compressor. They give the finest finish of any method and are still what car body shops in Rawalpindi and Lahore use for duco and 2K paint. The gun is cheap; the compressor is the real cost. Size it properly with our air compressor price in Pakistan guide, because a gun starved of air leaves orange peel.
Electric HVLP guns carry their own turbine blower. Plug in, fill the cup, spray. They are the Total, Ingco and Wadfow machines on every marketplace listing, and they work well on enamel, varnish, wood stain and thinned emulsion on a door or a grille. They do not have the pressure for thick wall paint.
Cordless HVLP is the same idea on a battery. Our cordless paint sprayer is a battery HVLP unit with interchangeable nozzles for touch up and small area work, useful on a site where the nearest socket is three floors down.
Airless paint sprayer: when it pays
An airless paint sprayer pays when you paint walls by the thousand square metres. It pumps unthinned paint to around 200 bar and forces it through a tiny carbide tip, which breaks it into a fan without any air. Output is 400 to 600 square metres of wall a day for one operator, against 60 to 80 for a painter with a roller.
On a 5,000 square metre block of flats in Bahria Town or DHA Islamabad that is the difference between a month of painting and a week. Run the sum for your own work: if a painter's day costs PKR 3,000 to 4,000 and the sprayer saves five painter days on every 1,000 square metres, a PKR 250,000 machine has paid for itself somewhere around the 15,000 square metre mark, before counting the earlier handover. Spraying does use 10 to 20 percent more paint than a roller, so put that in the sum too.The airless paint spray machine we supply is this class: high pressure units for painting a block or a plant at speed, with tips, hoses and guns.
Three things to know before buying:
- Tips are sized by a three digit code. A 517 tip sprays a 10 inch fan through a 0.017 inch orifice: the standard for emulsion. A 311 or 313 suits enamel on doors. A 521 or 523 handles heavy primers.
- Masking is the real job. Airless overspray drifts. Allow a day of masking for every day of spraying on an occupied building.
- Strain everything. Pakistani emulsions carry chalk and filler that block the gun filter. Strain through a 60 mesh bag every time.
Wall putty and texture spray machines
A wall putty spray machine costs about PKR 150,000 to 500,000 at market rates, depending on whether it is a hopper gun on a compressor or a pump fed trolley machine. These handle material an airless sprayer cannot: wall putty, texture coats and heavy fillers. Our wall putty spray machine is a trolley mounted putty and texture sprayer for getting a whole elevation coated in a day.
For cement plaster and mortar the step up is a mortar spray machine, a hopper fed sprayer that replaces a plastering gang on a big elevation. Mix the material properly first: an electric paint mixer with a paddle gives a lump free putty in two minutes, and lumps are what block a putty sprayer.
What wears out, and the fan width check
Most spray machines that come to our bench in Rawalpindi are not broken. They are worn in three predictable places.
- The tip. A carbide airless tip lasts roughly 50 to 150 litres of emulsion, less with gritty fillers. Nobody notices it wearing because the machine still sprays. Here is the check: when the tip is new, spray one pass onto a sheet of cardboard from 30 cm and mark the fan width. Repeat every week. When the fan has narrowed by about 2 inches, the tip is finished, and it has been wasting 10 to 20 percent of your paint for a while. A tip costs PKR 2,000 to 3,000; a drum of good emulsion costs ten times that.
- Packings and valves. The piston packings in an airless pump wear with every litre. A sprayer that loses pressure while the motor still runs needs a packing kit, not a new pump.
- Motors on bad voltage. A 2 kW airless motor on a 170 volt evening supply runs hot and burns its brushes or windings. Use a proper extension of at least 2.5 mm² cable, keep it under 30 metres, and do not run a sprayer off a small generator sized for lights.
Flush the machine with water the same day. Emulsion left overnight in a hose in 40 degree heat sets solid, and a 15 metre airless hose costs more than a week's thinner.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
What is the price of a paint spray machine in Pakistan?
In 2026 a handheld electric HVLP spray machine of 450 to 650 W sells for about PKR 5,500 to 14,000, a cordless HVLP for PKR 12,500 to 35,000, and a contractor airless sprayer for PKR 150,000 to 450,000. Branded airless units cost more. These are indicative market ranges, confirm on WhatsApp.
What is the price of a paint spray gun in Pakistan?
A basic gravity feed air spray gun costs PKR 1,500 to 5,500 and needs a compressor. A professional HVLP or LVLP air gun from a Japanese or Taiwanese maker costs PKR 12,000 to 60,000. An electric handheld gun with its own turbine costs PKR 5,500 to 14,000 and needs no compressor.
Is an airless paint sprayer worth it for house painting?
For a single house, usually not. For a contractor painting more than 2,000 square metres a month, yes. One airless sprayer covers 400 to 600 square metres of wall a day against 60 to 80 by roller, so it pays back in weeks on a block of flats or a plaza.
Can I spray Pakistani emulsion with an electric spray gun?
Thin emulsion, yes, after thinning it 10 to 20 percent with water and straining it. Thick emulsion, putty and texture, no. A 450 to 650 W turbine gun cannot atomise heavy material; it spits. For full strength emulsion on walls, use an airless sprayer with a 517 or 519 tip.
What size compressor do I need for a spray gun?
A small touch up gun needs 3 to 5 CFM, a full size conventional gun 6 to 9 CFM, and an HVLP air gun 10 to 15 CFM at the gun. Add 25 to 30 percent. A 100 litre twin cylinder belt drive compressor handles most single gun work; a 50 litre one only touch ups.
How long does an airless spray tip last?
A tungsten carbide tip lasts roughly 50 to 150 litres of emulsion, less with gritty Pakistani fillers. A worn tip sprays a narrower fan with heavy edges and wastes paint. Replace it when the fan has shrunk by about 2 inches. A new tip costs PKR 2,000 to 3,000.
