Concrete mixer machine price in Pakistan in 2026 runs from about PKR 150,000 for a half bag electric mixer to PKR 350,000 to 650,000 for a one bag diesel mixer, and PKR 650,000 to 1,200,000 for a two bag hopper mixer. A mobile batching plant starts around PKR 6,000,000. These are indicative market ranges; we quote by WhatsApp.
A mixer is the first machine on almost every Pakistani site and the one that gets bought on price alone. That works until the drum blades wear through in the first year or the engine turns out to be unsupported. This guide gives the market prices by capacity and engine, explains the types, and sets out when a mixer stops being the right answer and a batching plant starts paying.

| One bag | About 0.2 m3 | Diesel 8 to 10 hp | Hand, tip drum | 350,000 to 650,000 | General contracting, the standard site mixer |
| One bag | About 0.2 m3 | Electric 5 hp | Hand, tip drum | 300,000 to 500,000 | Urban sites, precast yards |
| One bag with hopper | About 0.2 m3 | Diesel 10 hp | Mechanical hopper | 550,000 to 850,000 | Faster cycle, lower labour |
| Two bag with hopper | About 0.4 m3 | Diesel 12 to 16 hp | Mechanical hopper | 650,000 to 1,200,000 | Slabs, foundations, larger pours |
| Laboratory mixer | 30 to 60 litres | Electric | Hand | 120,000 to 300,000 | Test labs, universities |
The one bag diesel mixer at PKR 350,000 to 650,000 is the machine most contractors buy, and the spread in that range is almost entirely engine and build quality. At the bottom is a Chinese single cylinder diesel and a drum of thin plate. At the top is a heavier drum with replaceable blades, a better gearbox and an engine that a mechanic in any town knows.
Drum vs pan mixers
Drum mixers are the tilting drum on a frame that everyone recognises. The drum rotates with fixed blades, folding the mix over. They are simple, cheap, tolerant of abuse, and fine for normal structural concrete. Every machine in the table above except the laboratory unit is a drum mixer.
Pan mixers are a stationary pan with rotating paddles. They produce a more uniform mix, handle stiff and low-slump concrete well, and are standard in precast yards, block plants and laboratories. The laboratory concrete mixer is a pan type. They are more expensive, harder to clean and not usually worth it on a general site.
Twin-shaft mixers, which are what sit inside a batching plant, are a different class again and we cover them in concrete batching plant price in Pakistan.
When a mixer is not enough and a batching plant pays
A one bag mixer produces 3 to 4 cubic metres in a shift with four men loading it. Two mixers side by side give 7 to 8. Beyond that the labour, the material handling and the inconsistency of hand-measured batches start to cost more than the machine saved.
Three signals that you have outgrown mixers:
- Daily demand is over 20 cubic metres. A JS-500 plant produces 25 cubic metres an hour. One hour of plant output replaces a day of two mixers.
- The specification calls for weighed batching. Consultants on government and institutional work increasingly require weigh batching with a printed record. A mixer with a volumetric gauge box cannot give that.
- You are supplying other sites. Once you deliver concrete rather than pour your own, you are a ready mix supplier and the plant is the business.
A JS500 concrete batching plant mobile unit starts around PKR 6,000,000 at market rates. Against two mixers, eight labourers, and the rejected pours from inconsistent batches, a contractor pouring 30 cubic metres a day covers that in under two years.
Engine choice
Diesel is the default for Pakistani sites because three-phase power is rare on a plot. The engines are 8 to 16 hp single cylinder, Chinese pattern, hand or electric start. Electric start costs PKR 20,000 to 40,000 more and is worth it; a hand-cranked diesel on a cold January morning in Rawalpindi tests the crew's patience.
Electric motors need a three-phase supply for one bag and above. They are quieter, cost a fraction to run, and need almost no service. Right for a precast yard, a block plant, a workshop or an urban site with a proper connection.
Petrol is found on half bag mixers and small units. Light and easy to start, but fuel cost per cubic metre is highest and the engine does not like running all day.
Whatever the engine, ask who services it in your city. A mixer engine that no mechanic knows is a mixer that stands idle.
What to buy with it
A mixer produces concrete. Placing and finishing it needs two more machines that buyers often skip and then regret.
- A concrete poker vibrator compacts the concrete in the formwork, removing the air that would otherwise leave honeycombing and weak columns. On structural work it is not optional, and consultants will reject a pour that was rodded by hand. A 35 or 45 mm poker on a petrol or electric drive unit costs PKR 40,000 to 120,000 at market rates.
- A power trowel finishes slabs flat and dense. For floors, car parks and roof slabs it replaces four men with floats and gives a better surface. PKR 120,000 to 300,000 at market rates.
- Spares: a set of drum blades, a drive belt, a clutch lining for the hopper type, and an air filter.
- Site testing: a slump cone and six cube moulds, so you can show the consultant what you poured.
Checklist before buying
For a new mixer:
- Drum plate thickness. 3 mm minimum on the drum, 5 mm on the blades. Thin drums wear through at the blade roots within a year.
- Replaceable blades. Bolted, not welded. Welded blades mean a new drum when they wear.
- Gearbox and ring gear. Cast ring gear with a guard, running in grease. An open ring gear fills with concrete.
- Tipping mechanism. A hand wheel with a lock, not a lever that drops the drum.
- Chassis and wheels. Pneumatic tyres and a tow hitch if it moves between sites. Solid wheels and a skid for a fixed site.
- Hopper type: check the hopper clutch and cable; they are the first thing to fail.
- Engine: electric start, and a brand with a parts counter in your city.
- Warranty: ours is two years on new machines, with service on our own bench.
For a used mixer: look for a drum worn thin around the blades, a ring gear with missing teeth, and a gearbox that is leaking oil. Any one of those is a reason to walk away.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask us
What is the price of a concrete mixer machine in Pakistan?
In 2026 a half bag electric mixer sells for PKR 150,000 to 250,000, a one bag diesel mixer for PKR 350,000 to 650,000, and a two bag diesel mixer with hopper for PKR 650,000 to 1,200,000 in the Pakistani market. These are market ranges; we quote by WhatsApp.
What does one bag mixer mean?
A one bag mixer takes a full 50 kg bag of cement with its sand and aggregate in one batch, which is about 0.2 cubic metres of mixed concrete. A half bag mixer takes 25 kg of cement per batch. The name tells you the batch size, not the drum volume.
Diesel or electric concrete mixer?
Diesel for sites without reliable three-phase power, which is most Pakistani sites. Electric for workshops, precast yards and urban sites with a connection; it is quieter, cheaper to run and needs less service. A one bag diesel mixer is the most sold type.
How much concrete does a one bag mixer produce per day?
About 3 to 4 cubic metres in an eight hour shift with a steady crew of four loading it, or 15 to 20 batches. If you need more than 8 to 10 cubic metres a day on a regular basis, two mixers or a small batching plant will be more economical.
When should I buy a batching plant instead of a mixer?
When daily demand exceeds about 20 cubic metres, when the specification requires weighed batching, or when you supply concrete to other sites. A JS-500 mobile plant starts around PKR 6,000,000 and produces 25 cubic metres an hour with consistent mix quality.
What should I buy with a concrete mixer?
A poker vibrator to compact the concrete in the formwork, which is not optional on structural work, a power trowel if you are finishing slabs, and spare drum blades and a drive belt. Wheelbarrows, a slump cone and cube moulds complete a basic site set.
